Light interruption in very early flower

While not a complete noob, I'm still learning.
I just flipped my girls to 12&12 this past Sunday, and yesterday morning (Tuesday), I had a massive brain fart and decided to check on my girls before work. I opened the tent to see that the lights were off, panicked, and manually turned them on. They got about 17 hours of light yesterday. With it being as early as it is, they should be ok right? They are back into their 12&12 and will stay that way barring another moron moment.

Yeah should be fine. You may get a slightly rounded leaf. Unlikely tho if it was only for a day. Don't panic!

No the panic is from today's issue. She ran dry. Is there any saving her? Not completely, her Roots were still moist buther res was empty. she has curled and gotten a bit crispy in places.

I just had a similar "Moron Moment' Power went out yesterday, and somehow I accidentally switched my timer to "on" mode instead of "timer" mode int the chaos of me hooking up battery powered lights in there. Power came back on last night, everything seemed fine and then this morning at 11am I noticed my lights were still on!! They normally go off at 6am. So almost 5 hours of extra light, I'm hoping they'll be OK. :o
