Light issue need some advice!!!

I have a LED String light its input is as follows:
120v, 60hz , 33W , 0.2a

And a Great Value LED Light Bulb, 9 Watts (60W Eqv.) A19 Grow Light Lamp E26

  • 60 watt equivalent
  • Medium base (E26)
  • Lamp type: A19
  • Lasts 10,000 hours
  • Brightness: 450-650NM

I have had my seedlings in their enclosure for about a week now they have been running on the strings lights alone for 5 of them and now the GV light bulb for and have shown more progress in these 2 days running both. Should I take away the string lights and get more GV Light bulbs? I'm afraid it might shock the plants or hurt them.

Direct lighting from cfl ( not diffused ) . You CAN start seedlings under CFL / Fluorescent lights. However they lose effectiveness the farther from seedling. I used to start seedlings with lamp hovering over seedling within a couple inches.

I’ve found in the winter: cfl is good to have for the infra red heat, then add led later for more light. With led only the leaf temperature was so low it wasn’t growing well.
