light material

so im in need of light reflecting material for inside my box. i need one that lets heat pass through it so it doesnt get so hot in there, and also one that keeps light in and doesnt allow it to be seen from the outside. so just need some ideas on some that can do both of those things.

I went to the dollar store and got foil wrapping paper, any color will do. you tape it upside down to the walls of your grow area. the back of it is reflective like mylar at a 1/4 the cost. also you may need a vent fan. otherwise the lights will build up heat fast. passive intake and an exhaust fan. good luck.

wouldnt that lead to heat spots? and how is it in allowing light out? but i have a fan on the inside and a exhaust fan as well.

or just paint it flat white

would that reflect the light if im using cfls? and would it leave a strong smell inside and outside of paint?

any more ideas?
