light question

Once you go 12/12 will even the light of a cell phone screen mess with the plants.
I need to check on the temp and didn't want to mess the cycle up?

When I flowered and I had to check something I just did it quick. Used an ipod with a picture of something green on the screen haha. My shit was fine. But id wait for somebody with more knowledge to answer before you do it
 
Dont expose them to light unless you Absolutely have too. Alot of people swear that even the littlest light will cause problems, others say no. Nothing more than moonlight is your best guide as far as I am concerned.
