light skined plant

hello kinda new at this,,,,but today my light feel on my plant its about a foot tall... well it skined to top leaves off and its shoots... shoots were lil but i put rooting powder on them...( which i have never used before either) in hopes they will grow,,,but will my plant be ok i am being cheap only useing a 300w clf or whatever its called :P... first time really growing...so i was gonna make it flower now....but should i wait now cuz this happened....

What she said. It is probably in shock so wait until you see new growth starting and then give it a week after that before switching.
If you switch to flower as it is, it may divert all it's energy into flowering instead of healing. That could stress it to death.
Be glad your light wasn't a HID, or the plant could of been burnt to a crisp.
