what light spectrum shoudl i be in if i wanna 12 12 from seed

Well 12/12 is flowering cycle so you would want 2700K as the dominant and about 30% 6500K to get a "mixed" spectrum, which is best but if you can't mix em go with 2700K

how tall will these chickies get when done this way

it could totally depend on the type of strain (stativia or indica) for starters and please note that going 12/12 from seed the plant will still need to mature before it flowers (4 to 5 weeks) and your light will have an effect as well (more light = more growth)

But the good news is that you can top and train it to stay small if needed my current grow was topped twice, vegged for 5 weeks and is 3 weeks in flower she is 18 inches tall with 6 colas (pics in my nutes budget thread)

I think the better way to get a small plant is to veg 24/7 to a predetermined height based on the strain then go to 12/12.
