Light irregularity schedule sucks, but it happens to some people. In the vegetative phase, plants can recieve up to 24 hours of light without hurting the plants and also increasing the growth rate. It is when you switch to the flowering (12/12) that exposing it to more light then it needs can be a problem. Now I've heard rumors that this would have to happen a few days in a row to disrupt anything so if it happens once, don't sweat it to heavily. Just continue the normal schedule and never let it happen again. :P However don't quote me on that last part.
