Light/Timing Problem

I have two grow rooms and one light. one of my rooms is for blooming plants... one is for growing plants. Evey day at 5:45 am I have to move the light from my grow room to my bloom room. The light turns on at 6 am and goes to 6 pm. This morning I slept through my alarm and didn't get my light down to and turned on in my bloom room til 8 am. Its still scheduled to turn off at 6 pm. So that would be 12 hours of light yesterday, 10 hours today and back to 12 tomorrow. I'm 37 days along. should I keep on this course? or should I change my lights out to 8 pm?

which is better: 12/12, 10/14 , 12/12 (keeping at 6 am/pm) or 12/12, 12/14, 12/12 (switching to 8 am/pm)

doesnt sound like your veg needs much light, and it would make your life easier to get a timer, and use what lights ya got for veg.

i use a T5 8bulb sunblaze and it works well.equal to about 200-250 watts.

i have 2 timers one for each room. I only have 1 600 w hps, 2 20w t12s, and the sun. The sun is only up for for 10 hours here. so... durring the day, the grow plants get the sun and the floros. At night they get the hps. The plants in bloom only get the hps during the day. I know I could invest in another light... that's not going to happen... yet.

i know about 12/12... thats not the issue here. my blooming plants have been on 12/12 for 37 days. the issue is that they got 14 hours of dark (apposed to 12) last night on accident. There are 10 hours left in the regular day cycle of the plants. where do I go from here? Do I:

1) act like nothing happened and let them get 10 hours of daylight today after getting 14 hours of dark last night (after being on 12/12 for 36 days) and then back to 12/12 tomorrow? or...

2) do I switch my timing so that they get 12 hours of daylight today after getting 14 hours of dark last night. and then continue tomorrow with 12/12

Get a blue spectrum cfl bulb for you're vegging plants man, that's not healthy what you're doing to you're plants they will just die probably close to harvest...

I got my 250w blue spectrum cfl for 23 pound + 7pound postage and packaging off ebay

I plan on getting another light... but getting another light won't fix the fact that they were in the dark for 14 hours last night. I'm not completely retarded. I get that having an extra light would make things easier. But my question wasn't "should I get another light?" there are a few times every year where my flowering crop and my next generation are growing at the same time. In the summer I can just grow on my deck and bloom in my grow room. Not in the winter. This is how it has to be until I go buy another light... or set of lights. But again, that's not what I'm asking about. All I wanted to know is this: Is it OK for a plant to be in 12/12 for 36 days. then on day 37 get 10/14. then on day 38 go back to 12/12.
