Hello fellow growers i got a issue how close/far away should my light be from the ladies im using a 600wt bulb and im entering my first full week of flowering ??? Thanks for taking the time

place the back of your hand directly under your light. move your hand down until you no longer feel the heat. that is where the tops of your plants should be. with my 400w hps that sweet spot is about 8".
