Light

I have a few little vegging plants and I had to bring my flowerig plants from inside but I dont have a flower room so there temp in veg room for now they will have east side natural light that ill be substituted with a small hps. My veg aero box with attatched cfls is on 16 hour cycle I tried covering half the room with 2 double layers of blue tarp, so 4 layers and theres just a faint blue glow, will it have much affect? The 4 hours itll be on is at night when there will be no natural light.

Anybody?

Shouldn't be a problem. Nature provides a full moon that makes it fairly light. You can make it darker by painting the tarp with flat white paint and that will bounce the light lumens back instead of absorbing into the tarp.
