Lighting a cigarette on a MH Lightbulb..

ok sky you may be right, and I apoligize if I sounded like your mom, but how old are you?follow me for 1 sec... say the bulb does go and you really hurt yourself, you only have 1 face and 2 eyes, you know what I mean? your face will be scarred and most likey took an eye out from the shrapnel glass, you will regret it. its not about some 30 dollar bulb, its your health.

But then ok, it most likely not but why take the chance or why do it sky? what FDD did say you should try that first he's right. Now the cigarette thing, i slept on it and I think maybe he is right too, I mean its not like hes spraying water on the damn thing but, I just thought/think that the bulb isn't meant for extra heat.

And sorry sky, I know I tend to take everything too seriously, I apoligize. I hate myself for that, so I try to smoke pot, relax and get that banana out of my ass.:-| its out now, I forgot to take a joint to work and I was PMSing.
 
i still dont see the point of even wanting to use that bulb for anything else.

plus ciggarettes are lame anyways
 
heres the sheet out of my bulb box, not trying to argue, don't want this guy to get hurt thats all.

Lol thanks for the box's and links. Btw, we all realize you can light a cigarette without your face bieng there right? I will test this once my plants are about to go into flowering (4 days), I will start like FDD said w/ just a paper to see if it's hot enough or will explode.

Lets put it this way guys, there's 100% NO REASON to do this :). Does that mean I care or don't want to? No :D
 
Okay, so..while taking my MH light off, I decided to put the gas mask on and try it..GUESS WHAT!

NOTHING EXPLODED AND I SMOKED A CIGARETTE!!

I'll get pictures on here when I do it on my HPS.

Edit: I didn't keep the cigarette on it long, I was worried it would hurt the light if I kept it on there after it started burning.

Also I have to say this..Don't try this at home unless you wear protective shit (just incase)
