Hi my plant is about a week and a a half into flowering. I have currently on it is two 24inch 20w flouresent grow tubes. I heard this isent very good for flowering? right now ppl say a will get about only 7 gs after dry. i want to atleast double maybe more............

Ok so should i roll with the 150w HPS ?

or should i roll with about two or three CFL's 42w = 150w. (is there a diff between full spectrum and warm white?

If you have any other good ways beside the hps or cfls let me know. note i want to keep my price range with in about 125$

THANKS PLEASE HELP HERE IS A PICTURE OF MY BABY

I would go with the 150watt hps. bigger yield if you use it correctly.
I use CFL for veg and clones and flower with a 150HPS.

the difference between full spectrum and warm white is the spectrum of light emitted. the daylight cfl is full spectrum and is 6700kelvin, the spring cfl is 5000k and also come in 5500k. the warm white are 2700k and are best for flowering, they emit a reddish orange light color(like the hps)

no other lights that i came across other than cfl and hps have the intensity to provide a plant with what it needs other than the sun. generally a plant need 5000 lumens per squar foot for best growth nd minimal stretching. with cfls 80 watts provide around 5000 lumens maybe a little more. hid lamps produce a high lumen output. research on the lumens output on all bulbs you may want to buy. dedicate 5000 lumens to each foot and about a square foot perimeter for each plant.
