Lighting for seedling?

A lot of people do 24/0 until they flip to 12/12. It also depends on what your growing. If it's an autoflower for instance I would keep the light 24/0 all the time. Some people believe in giving the plant a break for a 4 hours a day. The way see it is it doesn't grow as much with the lights off.

Shes not happy about something. Have you fed her? What kind of light?
I havnt fed her the organic soil I have has 3 months slow release nutrients in it and the only lights I have is 2 cfls and one LED 14w and put her in the sun out side when it's out

I do 24/7 and have 1000w dimmable ballast set at 500w from the time my sprouts pop up. Using MG potting soil it's cheap soil but that's what I could afford this time around. So far results are good. Here's one of mine at 16 days from sprout.

I run 18/6 because it works fine and saves energy, plus I like giving the plant a rest (they do need dark periods for transpiration).
Keep your soil moist though, it looks kinda dry.
What are you planning to really grow with because what you have now for lighting is marginal, to say the least
Get 1 or 3 of these and focus your bulbs on the plant as much as possible.
You can get the shroud at Home Depot or Amazon for around $10.

Good luck

im going to take a wild guess but i think the spots on your plants is white powdery mildew. im not sure so take it with a grain of salt and ask others. i dont have experience with mildew only heat, over feed, over watering, and some bugs
