I couldn't find a Metal Halide, or high pressure sodium light bulb,instead i found a Reveal 60 watt enhanced color spectrum light bulb by GE. Will this be enough? Im only growing one plant.

get yourself about 100watts of 6500k (Daylight) CFL bulbs to veg and some 2700k (Soft White) for flower. Thats fine for one plant.
The watts should be like 26 or 32 per bulb. Not that "equivilent to 100watts incandecent."
