lighting problems

so ive started my first grow room :blsmoke: its just a small one (60x50x75cm) just for the 1 plant for now. i have intake , outake and carbon filters sorted. all i need now is lighting.im thinking of running 4 20w cfls. ive had a look around a few hardware stores but i cant tell exactly what i need. can somebody please tell me what i need to look for on the box. sorry for the long post its my first one so i needed to tell you guys what scale im working on. thanks allot

flos are ok for vegg, but id get an hps?.
plus id grow more than 1 plant, do you know the sex of your plant?.

just get cool light strip lights, or get a 250 hps online.

i cant realy use hps as i dont have the space and id end up frying the plants . im olnly doing one or two plants this time as its the first time ive done it, probs step it up next time :D ive looked at some strip lights, il probably get some of them :) and im from england .thanks for the replys

for flowering you will want at least 150W CFL red spectrum on the plant in my opinion you can mix it up howeever you want but you will see a difference
