Lighting Q? Need your opinion/Advice

So in my box that is 3'x2.5'x1' i have three plants growing. Two of them are 5 weeks old and one is only 3 weeks old.

I am about to put them into flowering and ive ran into a problem.

Here is my current light setup:
4- 23 watt 6500k CFL's
2- 55 watt 6500k CFL's

Ive ran into a bit of a cash flow issue and will be adding more lighting in about 2 weeks but if i dont flower soon my plants will have a very good possibility of out growing my box considering 2 of them are in 3 gallon pots.

Here is what i currently have for flowering lighting:
4 23 watt 2700k CFL's
1 55 watt 2700k CFL's

Here's my question:
Should i start my plants into 12/12 flowering with just the 2700k's that i have and wait a couple of weeks to add more.

OR

Should i use some of my 6500k lights along with the 2700k's for flowering?

Please help, i want to know what the effects are of different colored lights and how they will effect the growth and budding of my plants?

Thanks

In my opinion you should use both that will give your plants white and red spectrum which is the best for your plants, try it you wont disappoint.
