so right now i have two cfl lights on my newly sprouted seedling, they sprouted yesterday and i know soon i will have to add my other cfls so it equals up to 6500k but my question is how do i maintain the temperature around 75-83 degrees Fahrenheit? Because with the 2 bulbs now its at about 82 degrees.

Just get a fan to blow hot air out of cab from the top hot air rises
and have a fan on the bottom blowing over canopy
or passed bulbs to keep them cool

reasonable

I'm a complete newb as well and having a similar problem. Built a space bucket- comp fans, CFLs everything. However, fans are too low and plants were still getting too hot (86F). Gonna add a third fan blowing the hot air out closer to the bulbs. But I understand where you're coming from...light placement vs. temp control. For the beginners its sometimes hard to reconcile the two goals. Good luck.
