Lighting question

I’m using a32” x 32” tent with a couple of plants. Have a ROHS 600 watt led light. There two switches on top which seem to turn on different levels of light. Of course there’s no manual and have no idea what to use. I’m a week into 12x12 and want best conditions. Any info appreciated

Turn both on.
