Lighting question

Whats better setup to use when flowering?

2 2' T5's 3000k and 4 2700k CFL's
or
2 2' T5's 3000k and 2 35W HPS bulbs that screw into the same kind of socket as the cfls.

also was wondering the ponics store sells T5 bulbs that are red, would they be better then the 3000k for flowering?

blue t5 for veg red for flower im doin 2 ft 4 lamp blues with a 150 hps then switch out the blues to red in flowering

well im using the bulbs the T5's came with for flowering but i wasnt shure if the red bulb or a 3000k would be better when i flowered. what do you think about the 2 35W HPS bulbs vs a few 2700k CFL's?

no suggestions on the 2 HPS bulbs vs the CFL's?
