lighting seedlings

I ben looking into getting a new light for my seedlings. will a 125w blue envirolight be affective? the power saving ones ones with the e40 fittings.
It is a vegeing light and I dont know if it wil stubt seedlings or not.
Abyone help me out on this one?

yeah 125 watt enviros are good for seedlings / mothers

sweet, dothey put out much heat do you know?
heat isnt good in my small grow box. I use led blue /reds for flowering but the daylight leds are crap. One good thing is the cool running temp that I need to keep.

Would a motherplant do ok under a couple 2ft., 24 watt flourescent tubes u think? Also wondering if 8 or so seedlings could veg to about a foot tall under these?

Well never mind my plants seem to be doing great under these two tubes.

i just started for the first time, and am using a 2' T5 24w 6500k to start them with , and they are popping up faster than i ever thought they would..

i have a real limited area and am starting a CFL grow. That T5 isn't too bad.. I dont have my flowering bulbs yet, but i think i'm just gonna use 125w cfls for that.. i dunno about the T5 2700k or 3000k they got.. that's not really that good of color..
