So I’m running 2 sf1000 spiderfarmer lights. They are dimmable where should I have it set for germination and seedling phase
 
you can have them higher then the recomended distance for growth, seedlings need little light, but try it at the recomended height for growth annd rais it by another 5 inches. you can probably get it higher then thay, but this is the height i have used.

Okay I have it set to 30inched but what about the dimmable settings where should that be set?
 
i only have 2 ts 600's from mars hydro, 100 watts each, yours are 150 watts true draw if i remember correctly, so i cant help you on that one sorry, im sure another sf1000 grower will chime in. good luck with it
 
ive just read up that 12-13 inches is about right for seedlings, i personaly wouldent like to risk streaching, i like my seedlings short and stocky
