12/12 is the best for flowering, 18/6 for veg.

how many wats i need for 25 plant i think 2 lamp's X 400 wats?its good or i need more 1 lamp-400 wats?

im running 1000w and a light mover for 32 plants, if you have a light mover you can cover more area, of course it might not be as effective.
