lighting

can someone give me a specific run down on lighting for the avg. plant from seedling to fully mature with the hors of light needed and for how long of a time period

everybody is different ,

i like to veg under cfl`s and flower under an h.p.s ,

i go 18/6 when i veg , some people do 20/4 and also str8 24/7

you can veg under an h.p.s or mh ,

then go 12/12 for flowering

i just prefer to use cfl`s to veg ,

look in the grow room design forum and will find different light set ups and shit ...~ peace ~

no one can tell u exactly what u need to grow to many variables and everyones conditions are different
follow his advice and start with reading the forum he gave u a link to then when in doubt ask but this ? is to vague for anyone to tell u

The short and easy method. Get a 600 watt HPS, Germinate the seed and never turn the light off. Let the plant grow until it starts to show preflowers, which will take from 5-7 weeks, then the plant is mature and you can begin flowering by making the plant sit in complete darkness for 12 hours, then the lights on for 12 and on and on you go until the plant is fully flowered and you can harvest it.
