What is least amount of watts a plant needs to grow healthy?

You can get a 250 watt and just veg the hell out of it, but bush it with a fim or ? that would suffice a normal toker for a few months. Myself I toke 1-2 oz a month.

600 watt can do a 4x4 zone or 16 sq feet so you can usually fit between 4 and 6 good size plants with 600 probably 3 with a 400 one big one with a 250

125w cfl blue spectrum 6500k for veg and red spectrum 2700k for flowering 125w 6500k is what im using and my plant is healthy

Would 2 3500k cfls be good enough?
