I'm gonna be out of town for a week and I was wondering should I keep my lights on for 24/7 for that week or just go to walmart and pick up a light timer and stick with my original secdule 18/6 I don't know the strain of my plant (bagseed) and soil some organic stuff I bought no nutreants ill up load some pics when I find out how

I would purchase a timer... They are very cheap and come in handy.

Whether you keep it on 18-6 or switch to "24-7" is probably just a matter of preference. Either way, by all means, get your ass down to Wally-World and get yourself a timer!

Any old basic timer should work for, at least, a few CFL's. Just pay attention to the wattage limit, it should be on the timer, or at least on the packaging.

Wait....your original schedule is 18/6 but you don't have a timer?
Hahaha..now he REALLY must be using the poor mans timer...lol

I have my girls in the veg state 24/7 so I don't see how it could hurt...although I will say this..I think it might be over kill so I may not go that route next time but my girls are incredibly healthy so maybe it ain't so bad...and anyone that may be keeping an MH bulb on 24/7 should know that you need to shut the light off at least once a week for at least 15 minutes other wise the bulb can go hay wire..
