Lights shutting of mid flower, should I be worried?

I have my lights to switch on and off at 12 am and 12 pm. Just suits my daily life better and I recently found out that everyday at 8:18 am the light will come on until 8:42 am then shut off and continue as normal afterwords. So far I haven't noticed any serious side effects on any of the plants but should I be worried? I'm on day 31 of flower. If you need to see the grow here it is ---> https://www.rollitup.org/cfl-fluorescent-lighting/631135-first-grow-blueberry-x-bubblicious-post8778891.html
I added the link because it's full of pictures if you need to see the plants or need any specifics on my grow. Thank you for any and all information :blsmoke:

:?

How long is it off for? It shouldn't hurt anything if the light is only off for a short period. Just like a cloudy day.
12:00 am - 8:17 am OFF
8:18 am - 8:42 am ON
8:43 am - 11:59 am OFF
12:00 pm - 11:59 pm ON
So basically starting from 12:00 am (timings being estimated) 8.25 hours off, .5 hours on, 3.25 hours off, 12 hours on. This is happening every day and is very constant, hope this information helps you with the answer

Let me get this right. Are your lights popping on at night? If so, that's not good if you are flowering. Could cause a plant to herm or decrease flower production.

Yeah that doesn't sound very good. If a light leak during lights out can cause a herm i don't think it would be very good for the lights to come on and go back off in that short of time. i would reset the timer and just run straight 12/12. IMO it wouldn't be good while flowering.

Other than the chance of herm, is there anything else? So far it's been going on for a good few weeks for sure and I've only seen around 2 odd things forming on 1 branch of 1 plant, they looked like nanners but when I squished them this yellow powder came out. Like a combo of a forming seed and a pollen pod so I can't say for sure. I'm guessing that this particular strain is more resilient with light changes with the sex changing thing. I have reset the timer multiple times, for some reason it's just not cooperating with me. It's been set to 12/12 for some time now but if my plant's are not herm'ing then I don't see any reason to get another timer until the next grow but then again there are things in a plant that you don't see and can effect it drastically.

I'm not sure how to really explain it any better than the post with the timings on it, but no. The light's are turning on in the morning for roughly 30 min but during the dark cycle. The decrease in flower production, would you happen to know percentages or any other useful information such as that?
