lights stayed on

hey guys in the last three days the lights stayed on a bit day 3.5hrs day 2 6hrs day 3 hrs i know im an idiot but have been crazy busy thought i had fixed problem all three days but no,bought an expensive timer so hopefully it wont happen again,turned 12/12 on dec 13 how messed will they be????? or will i just lose the 3 days????any input appreciated

Ive had the power go out before so my plants went 36 hrs with no light and they actually turned out fine.
