Lights stopped working - need advice on what to do

Hi, my 150w hps that i am using at the moment is acting up all the time; not turning on when timed to and today, not at all. I have decided to get rid of it and replace. The problem is, i cant find a 150w ballast anyone where in my area so was thinking of upgrading to a 250w hps. My grow cab at the moment is 60cm(d)50cm(w)140cm(h). I am using 2 12cm pc fans for intake and a manrose inline fan (180 / 245m3/h). The temps at the moment with the 150 on are 24-26C.

Let me know what youd suggest, need to act quickly as i dont have hope of this light working again.

Mag or digital ballast???? If magnetic, when was the last time you changed the capacitor??........that's basically regular maintenance

If it's a Digital ballast...........can't help/ their non-serviceable....

Im guessing its a magnetic ballast; got it off ebay a while back. Not really a handy man so not sure where to start with changing the capacitor. Will open it up and have a look.
