They rate it as lumen per watt. I believe cfls are something like 80-100 lumens a watt. Mh is like 120 I believe and hps is like 180 lumens a watt. Dont quote me cause im just going by not so good memory.

H2O, a son agro is a type of bulb thats high in the blue spectrum as well and the red. this helps reduce stretching during veg and flowering
