i am looking at a grow tent with one or two plants using a heat mat and two CFLs (dual). Will this work and will the heat be sufficient. BTw this is my first time and advise on quiet fans would be welcome

CFLS are relatively cheap, I suggest getting a few more, depending on how many plants u are going to be growing.

Heat shouldn't be an issue with just two CFLs. I'm running 8 of them with two fans blowing on them and my temps stay around 80. What size tent are you in?

we will be growing one at first if it is even mildly successful we will be upgrading

Actually, I forgot about the two in the hood of my AeroGarden (added pic above). I guess that brings the count up to ten. I cant wait till I can add my HID to the mix.
