i have germanated my seeds and have now planted them in cocco but is it ok to put them under my 400 watt loght or is it to early ?????

I personally prefer to keep them under flouros for the 1st 2-3 weeks, but if you need to get them under the HID lamp, just keep it well away from them at first. After you see some vigor you can lower it.

i cover my seedling for 1st week - in a propergation tank and have 600w lights so use florecant tubes for 1st 10 days
