Like a virgin...growing for the very first time!

I just planted these seedlings last Saturday and was really surprised to see that there was life on Monday. I am kinda learning as I go hoping to be as successful as I can on a budget!

I bought a grow light from home depot that I am pretty sure is the wrong kinda light. How important is the light source during the veg stage? Will it be ok getting natural sunlight for a while?

Take a look at my pics and feel free to guide me in the right direction :-)

Step #1 Buy a four foot shop light and put your plants almost touching the bulb. Step #2 buy a 400 watt light off craigslist.

No the 400 watt is for growing and flowering. The shop light is for about 2 or 3 weeks. Or just blast them with the 400 watter right a way.

one or 2 cfl's will hold ya over till then.To be honest u can veg a plant just fine with 4 or so cfl's and just use your h.p.s for flower

so my little seedlings look sad, i left them outside today and i think it was too hot for them. it was about 90 degrees idk if they can be revived :-(

just checkin in to see how ur grow i doing. post pics soon. my kids survived the transplant. they look like they are turning into toddlers soon lol hope all is going well
