lil flying bugs in coco

i have these little flying bugs coming out of my coco. not sure what they are but im looking for a solution. i usually spray with spinosad and azimax as far as bug control. will these work for these bugs?

I have them once in while also. The flys aren't the problem, but the larvaes that'll eat your roots under the surface. Try using some peeled potato skins on top of the surface, that is what I was told, and it seems work pretty well..

Also, put some(1-2cm) gravel or hydroton on top of the coco, that also helps to keep them from laying those nasty eggs..

Use mosquito bits, from amazon, cheap and effective. They work every time, also try and wait as long as you can between waterings.

Fungus Gnats . I hate them

Yeh walmarts got misquito dunks 6 for 10 bucks and I crush um up in a bag and sprinkle it on my coco. Ill also use a carbohydrate product to feed the beneficial bacteria that is the dunk. All organic works like a charm
