ok i came across an old 150 watt hps security light and it worksi want to turn it into a remote ballast light but need to know how to eliminate the photo eye
i have seen threads in here but my light has different colored wires. my light has a base that holds the socket on either side of the socket in the base are lil connectors on one side white and black come in from power supply and on the other side two white wires and one black wire come out one of the white wires as well as the black wire go to the photoye. the other white wire goes to is what im guessing is the ignitor although its not round it is made of plastic and has a couple of lil capacitors in it. ok so here is where im getting lost my ballast has three different color wires red which comes in from the photoeye and black which goes to the ignitor thingy and two blue wires one goes to the bulb socket and one goes to the ignitor thingy. now the ignitor thing has three colored wires blue white and black. the white wire comes in from the side of the base next too the bulb socket and the blue wire and the black wire both go to the ballast ok so i am left with three wires that were going to the photoeye they are white black and red the red wire is hooked to the ballast and the white and black wires both went to the photoeye from the bulb socket mounting brace. i need to know what to do with these three wires to eliminate the photoeye and make it work.

here is a picture of the guts the three wires twisted together came from the photoeye please tell me where i need to put the wire to make this thing work

go to the wires at the photo eye, cut all three loose from the eye. then wirenut black and red together, then put a nut on the white wire all by its self.
