I hate to be the only hater in this place.. But everyone keeps mentioning Pineapple Express.
I didnt think it was that funny of a movie. more of drama or whatever. Yeah there was pot in the story but it could have been funnier.

Someone already beat me to the punch, but The Big Lebowski is one of the best movies to watch when you are stoned hands down. If you haven’t seen this movie you should. Undoubtedly one of the funniest movies that I have ever seen to this day, hang over is great one as well. I have found that being stoned makes everything better though. Much like John Stuart said in Half Baked “You ever look at a twenty dollar bill on weed man?” I mean anything can go from shit to sham wow all within seconds of getting stoned.

I grew up these flicks were new and yes this was something we watched stoned. Like this is something you would watch not stoned? As far as being wierd?? Why yes I am and thank you very much.

Okay, I was over at a friends house last night looking at his new fishing machine of a boat. We went inside and he popped in this movie called "Big Man Japan".
Has anyone seen this flick? Holey Moley, it was extremely funny if you dig dry humor. I loved it!! Very interesting premise and mockumentary.

hehehe, I'll give you a quick run down without giving it all away.
japan is still attacked by monsters....but they have a defense system called...Big Man Japan. Now you'd think he'd be a hero, but ......
It's filmed as a documentary because BMJ has a TV show.....and the crew is always there filming him through his day(s). It just gets funnier and funnier.
A lot of dry dark humor.

I'm thinking perhaps that's a perfect rendition of the city though. I haven't checked, but I'd be surprised if they just made it up. The movie gets funnier as it goes along..... the guy who plays big man does it perfectly......deadpan.
