Hello, i`m on 9th week of flowering, buds are just starting to go brown, i think i will wait few more weeks, but the main problem that the buds in the middle of the tree are bigger then ones on the top. is that OK ? I`s great white shark, has anyone done it ? because i read that it takes only 8 weeks for flowering.

Yes you are right, it was to close to the light (10cm).
Now I moved it and have about 30-40cm, should I leave him alone, or maybe there is something need to be done to help him recover ?

I'd leave him alone after maybe crunching off lightly any of the burnt stem tip especially near good green bud. Might allow some small room for development but grams at the most i would think. At 9 weeks flowering, i doubt there is much that can be recovered.
I'd take it as a lesson well learnt and know that you'll never have that problem again
