Little bugs in garden

just seen them today not sure what they are this my first indoor grow
Are they something to worry about
I don’t see them on bottoms of leaves

Def need some better pics in normal lighting to say what they are exactly. If I had to blindly guess (which is what Im doing now), I'd guess thrips and you can rid them (among many other species of insect) with spinosad. Good luck!
 
Good news is I sprayed them and the little things are no more I’ll spray again in 3 days

Are there shiny spots on your leaves? Could be thrips, they’ll come back if you don’t keep up the spraying, or do a soil drench. Larvae live in your medium until they became adults.

+1 looks like thrips. You can also apply nematodes in the soil to go after the larvae.
