little flowers on my mother plant

i saw some tiny flowers on a few branches on my mother plant, i think because i left the lights off too long for a couple days (they were off more than 8 hours maybe)

i dont want this plant to bud so i keep fluoros on 24/7 now... will the plant stop developing these flowers and go back to veg stage? and did i put her in any danger of turning hermie?
