Yeah, I've used these before. Luckily I live in a area where I have many "good" insects I can gather from Mantis to Lady Bugs to the "good" type of mites.

I try my hardest never to use any sort of sprays. Just use good insects and you'll always be set

Saw this guy walking around in my flowers outside when I was watering near the cucumbers and tomatoes a few mornings ago, there were about 20 baby mantis's on my outdoor cannabis plant about 3 weeks ago, I wish I would have grabbed a few then. I have a few house spiders and small pincher bugs that live in my basement and I actually caught him stalking a normal house fly lol but he didnt get it. Spiders and pincher bugs are carnivorous and eat other pests so I let them live when I see them but I think Mr. Manty eats em.
I feel kinda bad though because there are no pests on the plants for him to eat so he just wanders around looking for stuff on the walls and floor.
