little help with some ak-47

so i got some ak-47reg and some lemon sour diesel fem. end up with 3 fems of AK-47 and 3 of the lemon s d . picked the mothers and started flowering the rest. im in week 3 of 12/12 with 4 plants under 2 400watt hps cool tubes growing in soil(happy frog) and using general hydroponics organic line and following their feeding table. now the problem the lemon sour diesel looks great but the ak-47 is showing nitrogen deficiency. i have used the nitrogen a small amount the last feeding 1 day ago. has anyone else ran into this problem. it's my first grow with a sativa dom strain. anyway any input is appreciated. Happy growing.

Most people run into deficiencies mate. As long as you get on top of it as early as possible you should be fine. Nothing really to worry about.

Yellowing of the leaves is quite normal during flowering also. Nitrogen deficiency usually starts around halfway during flower I think. Don't quote me on this as I am still an amatuar but I am sure someone with alot more knowledge than me will chime in. Good Luck

Different plant varieties have different nutrient needs. What works for one plant variety will burn another. I would try adding a nitrogen booster just for the AK such as Nitro Boost by H&G. It works great. Good luck

I've grown AK for 5 years now. I alternate between dirt and hydro. The AKs I have in hydro rarely show this deficiency. In dirt I usually make a nitrogen rich nutrient solution, add fulvic and humic acids to help uptake, and pH that to about 6.0. When I used happy frog I didn't add nutes to the soil for the first 4 weeks(counting veg as well), but after that the plant became deficient and needed something added to the water. Occasionally check the pH of your runoff. Sometimes the plant can't absorb what you've given it due to pH instability or a pH that is much too high or low. Adding humic and fulvic acids seemed to make my soil plants much happier, I also occasionally use Floralicious instead of the Ful-Hum mix because floralicious has leonardite extracts in it as well. I have pics from most of my grows if you want me to post up:

Typical late-flowering deficiency:
