Location location location

Hey anyone out there know wich legal state to move to that wont bust your pockets as far as buying a house and will have an ideal climate for outdoor cultivation? Cali is expensive so im asking this question to kind of search around, but if you know anywhere in cali thats cheap just let me know.

There are some cheap homes on the market in AZ. Also many secluded areas where one could cultivate outside without issues.

Arent they really strict on the laws down there

Well MMJ is rather new in AZ. It passed in November of 2010 but they have just now finally laid out the laws/rules for dispensaries and such, so currently there aren't any (but there are clubs). You are currently able to cultivate anywhere in AZ since there are no dispensaries open (assuming you have a medical card which allows for cultivation).

I believe as I had read it that once the dispensaries open you should be able to continue to cultivate outside of the 25 mile radius from a dispensary. Given the secluded areas found in AZ, it would not be hard to be outside of that radius if that is indeed the law.

Although I am sure there will still be other options for legal growing once they open as well.
