I have made a cross with some Bodhi strains. It is Black Raspberry x Black Triangle. I like it. I grew a few to breed back to the BR and BT. I have a handful of BR males and females. Only 1 female BT. So I used the cross with them to lean some back towards each parent.
I want to know if anyone has then used a cross of two strains and bred with the parent strains(even line worked seeds), and switched back and forth with the parent strains?
So strains A and B give A x B seeds.
Then A x B bred with A.
Then (A x B) x A bred with B.
Then those seeds bred back with A.
Then those seeds bred back with B.
Lather, rinse, repeat...
I have line worked a strain to F10. I have made crosses. I have bred cross back with parent lines. I have made continuous new parent multihybrid weirdos that some were a mess, others were decent, and even found some dream stuff. I have never done what I propose.
Am I just being an agent of chaos?
