Look and help please?

Hello, I have a 3 1/2 ft plant under a 400w hps. Its in organic foxfarms soil with the big bloom foxfarm nuts. I have some concernse with it as in the lower leaves are turning yellowish and have dark spots on then, as seen in photo. Also the top of my plant is kinda curling and also is turning yellowish, as seen in photo.

Also the hps is from 8-13 inches away and it has a cooling tube attached.

how big is your pot man my plant did the same thing coz i had two plants in one pot need to cut my buds tonight coz the two plants competing i would say check soil PH and c that u arnt giving to much water or to much nutes to much light can do the same thing let her sleep a little bit more that can help to but not to much hope i could help a little bit

That plant looks stretched like hell! What's your ph, pot size, room temp and how much are you feeding her?

3 1/2 gallon pot, 72-83 degrees, and i feed every 2 or 3 days depending on how wet soil is to touch also alternate from pure to nute water.
