When I harvest this plant, do I need to remove the fan leaves and smaller leaves before I hang it to dry? Or should I hang it for a few days, then remove the leaves, then continue to hang it? Any help on this?

remove the fan leaves it makes it go by very fast and less work in the end for you .

So, what about the really small leaves (crystals all over them) that come directly off the bud? Do i have to clip them a certain way?

Yeah you want to trim those as well. Trim those in a separate pile though. makes for good Iso or BHO

Are you just supposed to cut half the small leaf off, or all the way to the bud?

About trimming them just cut them close to the bud.

molasses is the juice of the gods.I only had 100 days from seed to finish last year outdoors and no money for good nutes and the molasses came through for me in the budding phase really well.IMO it dose help thc production right away,also in your case the plant was starving for nute and the fresh soil along with molasses gave it a hardcore boots of goodness.the plant looks like it has more colour already.

I use the alcohol version. I just grind up my sugar leaves fill 2/3 of a jar with atleast 97% iso and do a 10 second shake.
I empty the filtered liquid on a Pyrex dish and double boil.
or use a hairdryer.

Bho is pretty much the same except for a little more dangerous IMO.

just make sure you do it outside.

just a standard mason jar.
I put my trim in the freezer for about an hour before the shake.

Just remember shake the fire out of the jar.
10 Seconds
any longer and you'll end up with green hash/ poorer quality.

10 sec and you'll have a nice amber color.
