My grow cab is 23"×36"×47".
I want to know if a lower watt " CoolTube", would be an option in thinking leds but you can't beat hps results. I found one but I'm not sure it's even all there can someone take a look and let me know if it's a good deal. Cause I'm using cfls and getting shit results.

That link is just for the cool tube. What's your grow space height.

Yeah I know but can I buy the bulbs and just plug in. Or is it just the plastic tube or something?

The cool tube is just another type of reflector. It's a generic type housing that comes (usually) with a socket and cord.
You'll have to buy a ballast and bulb(s) to go with the cool tube.

a 400w in an active cooled hood (which a cool tube is) should produce great results.

well if it's stolen maybe lmao! Of you can eventually afford it I'd rec a 3ft x 3ft x 7ft tent ( growlab etc) and a 600 hps kooltube is an IDEAL setup.
