Lookin for ideas for 12x12 growroom

i have a 12 x12 x8 flowering area with 4 1000hps lights and was lookin for ideas on maximizing my yield. number of plants, size buckets, how long veg, etc. for the setup that i have i will be vegging in a 12x12 separate area with 2 1000mh lights i will also be growing in soil or (RDWC) USING 3 OR 5 GAL pots dont know undecided lookin for input from some of you guys. all info is appreciated

Well if ur wanting maximum yield the first thing u need to do is get rid of the 1000 watts. Get 400 watt lights or less. U will get more light positions and u can get closer to the plants giving them more lumens.1000 watts also give way to much heat and having 4 in 12 by 12 room would reak havic with standard venting. 5 gallon will be better. If u r wanting maximum yield u will want to put the buckets side by side so they all touch. The plants r going to grow into each other so us a thick enoufh cord to tie the stem to the branch. This will keep branch pointing straight up to give an even canopy and allow the buds to b closer to the light like the top bud. If u use to small of a string it will cut through the stem. Get something about 3 milimeters thick at least. If you want maximum yield start flowering at about 15 inches or so. Some plants no matter how tall u let them get during veg u will still get the same bud yield. After a certain point it is just overkill. If u a beginer I would suggest going with soil. No matter how much u have read and watched actualy doing it will b much different. Theres a lot of hands on experience that needs to b done and soil is a great way to start.
