You think this is looking OK? I haven't watered it because I think I had a little to much in there. But I filled In with some dirt since it started to stretch a little so that's whats on top and why it looks kinda dry. And how fast do the leaves usually grow?

It will start to pick up the pace a bit after the first few days.
