looking for a Alberta grower

had a grower in Ontario who vanished after canada post intercepted shipment so now need a new grower but do not want to use canada post any more I would like to pick it up myself once a month so need someone in Alberta I live close to Camrose and Stettler but am willing to travel. I am a 3 gram a day so 15 plants. there must be someone in Alberta

almost 80 people looked at this thread but no replies if I was 20 or more grams a day I bet it would be a different story. I wasted 6 months on the last grower I got from here I guess this is why they want to change the system we as a group are forcing the change so sad. oh well there is all the morphine that I want not the way I want to go but what choice do I have. the so called compassion clubs charge more than the crook on the street.

well it was the growers fault it got intercepted. had the meds in fold lock baggies so it stunk up the whole post office and put her partners name as the sender so when it was intercepted the paper work was not right. and this is my fault and this was on the first shipment to me I was told they have been DG for ten years and they do stupid stuff like that. all I did was find a grower on this site and that is what I got wasted 6 months for nothing and now you people say I say stupid stuff.

Vacuum sealed bags are the way to go for shipping. I sent half pound to Ontario(I live in SK) every 2 weeks for a year with only one minor issue the whole time. Once a package was misplaced for a few days so I opened up an investigation claim(was completely honest on what was in the package). Showed up with in a week though......Don't be afraid to try long distance and Canada Post again if you can't find someone local. Just make sure it's done right this time. Good luck man.

I had no control on how it was shipped they claimed to have done this for 10 years it was probably all a lie. I am just worried about wasting another 6 months and getting nothing again and the so called compassion clubs want five dollars more a gram than the illegal guy in the city. as I am on a fixed pension with three young kids to feed there is no way I can afford that I would try again with a grower else where if one would step up but they all seem to want the big scripts.

u got ripped but it does take 6 month to start. I am a designated grower and my patient could not realize why it took so long. Duh clone to finish usually takes at least 5 months if your growing christmas trees

I have said this a few times - I am still not sure having mail carriers delivering medical marijuana is going to work, and if they cant' even let it go through the postal system? I still don't understand how they "intercepted" what if that was an asthma puffer? It's so not right that Canada Post can "intercept" medicine.

I would be calling the President of Canada Post and demanding an answer. Deepak Chopra. and then I would also get this guy answering questions.

Sorry for the rant - this one really gets me riled up!

yes I do understand the time it takes my problem is waiting all that time and not getting anything for it, with the HC approval time and then the grow time thats a long time with no meds I have all ready sold every thing I could to keep me going this long there is nothing left to sell I am going to have no choice but to go onto the morphine like my reg. doctor wants. what choice do I have at least it is covered under my health care plan but life is pretty much over then as I do not do well on it but I need some thing.

I am no longer looking for a grower I will be going on the morphine tomorrow as this is not worth the trouble health canada says I have to revoke my old growers lic. and start over and to request a investigation into the whole matter which I am ready to do if I do not hear from my DG by tomorrow to revoke the grow lic. I must also revoke my own lic. and start from the beginning this is not worth it. thank you to the few supporters I had out there you know who you are. spider signing out and heading to the land of zombies hope all goes well for the rest of you with the new regs in the spring.

So your old DG still has your license? Yikes, that does suck dude as you can't get another one till he sends it back in to HC(is what I heard but not from HC themselves). How come waiting so long to request an investigation? Just didn't know better?

HC told me yesterday that I have to revoke my lic. and start all over from the beginning with new doctor forms right from scratch. I gave him the time in case he was busted or some thing from the canada post deal as I had not heard a word since then but I now know he is still out there growing as normal he does not care about his patients at all first he was to busy in the green house to ship my meds then he messed up the shipment then stops all comunication. he also said he would have to buy from a friend to fill my 3 gram script but at the same time he was on this site looking for a big script patient does not sound right to me.
