hey whats up

I am 41 days into a test grow for a led system and I have come across a problem
basically the hairs on most of my plants are browning off to early trichs look fine but I'm sure this isn't a good thing growth seems to have slowed down as well maybe I am being paranoid I have never tried any of these strains before and could be normal
1X Northern Light Blue
1X Liberty haze
2X Blue widow
all Of these plants are rated 63 days plus
what I did notice was when the thermostatic fan was running min... some times gust of air come into the room from outside when the wind is strong could this be shocking them
Transpiration is also slow watering around every 5_6 days
ph is 5.8 testing 6.4 on run off
EEC is 1.1 and testing 1.5 on run off
any way here the link to the video I made to help you guys help me work it out
Cheers CC

maybe ph so the nutes are not getting used

if ph is 6.4 in runoff that means your media is higher than this which is out of range
you need to get the runoff ph lower

drop ph to 5.5 if in hydro and see what the runoff come upto then an ec may have to be increased

i never really pay attention to what the hairs are doing honestly.. but maybe it could have gotten prego, as when a bud starts to form buds, the pistils will recede as their job of hanging out and collecting pollen is finished..
look at the buds and calyxes closely for beans..
if you don't see any, i'd not sweat it too much then.. :D

tx for the thoughts Agito however Ive grown in these ranges many times with no problems bring down the ph any lower and you cut out the magnesium in coco-perlite Ive always been happy to let the ph drift up a little its not a lot on a 5 day cycle
However I will give it a go
I was wondering also which I forgot to mention earlier was that they had a half strength boost on the last water and a foliar about a week before on quarter strength
tx for the advice I will give it a go

For sure I am a hobby breeder So that was the first thing I checked with my heart in my throat as yeah that would have been a reason but we are good there
I think I think maybee you are right bruv in every other way they seem healthy enough so maybee I am sweating over nothing and they will put on weight in the next few weeks :???::???::???:

i would not foilar in bud veg yes

you could just flush the plants at 5.8 until the runoff to 5.8 will work also could be a good idea and it will lower the ec in the media as well you need to get the diffrence in range down
in fact do that instead and up the ec to 1.2 once the ph and ec in runoff equals out

If your in coco and perlite your ph should be 5.8 the run off is way to high. Flush her out good till you get 5.8 out the bottom which should be easy in coco as it flushes fairly easy. It's also not unusual to see some hairs dying off in week 6 I know it sounds like you usually don't but the ph could be slowing your metabolism a little. When I flush for salts if they build up I usually knock the ec down a point or two flush till I get what I need out the bottom and let the roots get some oxygen. Try not to let the coco dry out all the way after flush or you'll chase your ph again. Just enough for the roots to receive some oxygen.
