I am familiar with it, but don't have anything to do with it. Secure website, free listings for patients, small charge for caregivers. Gives folks suggestions on matches based on need and location. Designed for long term patient/caregiver.
My suggestion is have a look, we send our patients there or to local clubs if they are available.

they are the folks that designed michiganmarijuanaforms.com which is a comprehensive electronic medical record system for MMJ and section 8 compliant certifications. We were consulted on that one. They mentioned they had this other service, and it looks pretty impressive. I've had good feedback from it.
